Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for important customers from the public transport and mobility industry, with whom you will develop and expand a lasting and trusting customer relationship
- Negotiating and managing offers and long-term contracts with your customers and, in cooperation with the technical department also estimating expenses and thus calculating offer prices
- In addition to advising existing customers, working actively on acquiring new customers and orders
- Processing (public) tenders with passion and precision in all phases, from the request to participate to the extensive tender preparation and bidder interviews
- When implementing projects, supporting our project management in analysing requirements and in CR management
- Keeping an eye on your customers, following market developments and trends and providing input for product management
- As part of the sales team, contributing your experience and ideas to the continuous development of our sales processes and strategies
Your qualifications
- Having a successfully completed business or IT-related university degree or a comparable qualification
- Having several years of professional experience in sales/account and/or project management with direct customer contact
- In addition to enjoying interacting with customers, having a good head for figures and contracts as well as a good technical understanding
- Having a strong ability to familiarise yourself with complex contexts and advising the customer accordingly
- Ideally, being experienced in public transport/ MaaS, software/ SaaS or similar industries
- In addition to a talent for (self-)organisation, having also the ability to improvise, thinking in a service-oriented way and working in a quality-oriented manner
- Having a passion for familiarising yourself with the complex field of public transport and our digital products
- Enjoying working in a team and having very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willing to travel (focus on the DACH region)
