“Hamburg’s Best Employers 2019”: eos.uptrade wins five stars again

For the third time in a row, the Hamburg-based software experts for online sales systems and ticketing solutions were among the winners in the competition “Hamburg’s Best Employers”. Just like last year, eos.uptrade was awarded the maximum number of five stars. In addition to the prestige associated with winning an award, the result also provides an evaluation of a company’s personnel work.

The excellent result was determined on the basis of an anonymous staff survey and shows that employees in general feel very comfortable about working for eos.uptrade.  The company again scored the most points in areas such as teamwork, work environment, respectful interactions between all levels and consideration. Other categories with above-average reviews were customer orientation and work-life balance.

“The fact that our employees awarded eos.uptrade five stars for the second time in a row, makes us very proud”, said Petra Gollor, Head of Human Resources and Finance. She added: “We are very grateful that our employees feel comfortable working for us and we will continue to do our best to get even better in the future.”

This year, the competition “Hamburg’s Best Employers” took place for the 11th time. This year’s winners received their awards from Prof. Werner Sarges of the Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg, the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research and the media partners JCDecaux and ROCK ANTENNE.
