Your responsibilities
- As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for all operational and strategic HR work at eos.uptrade.
- You will manage 5 employees and be responsible for the entire HR portfolio, from recruiting, HR consulting and support, payroll and remuneration to HR development and health management. Personnel accounting is handled by an external service provider, which you manage.
- Positive, constructive cooperation with employee representatives is crucial to our business success. You know how to maintain appropriate and results-oriented cooperation with the works council and its committees.
- As Head of People (f/m/d), you will report directly to the management and establish yourself as a confident advisor and driving force (f/m/d) for the management, making active contributions to the further development of the business.
- You will drive personnel and organizational development with suitable methods and tools, including skills and change management.
- You will also expand the digitalization and automation of HR processes in order to increase efficiency.
- You will work closely with the P&O organizations of the parent companies Hacon Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and Siemens Mobility.
- You will also be involved in strategic projects.
Your qualifications
- You have a successfully completed university degree, for example in business administration or law or a comparable qualification.
- You will also impress us with your many years of professional and management experience in a holistic HR organization.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with employees, managers and employee representative bodies.
- You also have sound knowledge of labor, social security and works constitution law as well as collective labor law issues.
- A sense of responsibility as well as economic thinking and acting are your benchmarks in everyday working life.
- You not only have creative ideas, you also like to put them into practice. We require both your strategic and operational skills (e.g. preparatory payroll accounting, absence management, deputizing in the HR team in the event of absences).
- You are business fluent in German and have a very good command of English.
