Together for more diversity and tolerance
We at eos.uptrade GmbH also want to set an example for diversity and tolerance in the workplace. For this reason, we recently signed the Diversity Charter.
At our company, people of different nationalities, genders and ages work together on the transformation of mobility.
Regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender, physical ability, religion, sexual orientation or social background, we promote a culture of appreciation and equality for all employees.
The Charta der Vielfalt e.V. is the largest employer initiative for the promotion of diversity in companies and institutions in Germany. The aim of the initiative is to create a prejudice-free working environment and to ensure that all employees are valued, regardless of the aspects mentioned above.
As we at eos.uptrade also pursue this goal, the implementation of the Diversity Charter is of great importance in our company! Our aim is to create an environment for all employees that is characterised by appreciation, trust and mutual respect at all times. This applies not only to our entire team, but also to all the people we interact with on a daily base.
“We are delighted that we are now part of the Diversity Charter and want to send a visible signal of our conviction that diversity is an enrichment for organisations,” says Wiebke Burrichter-Wulff, Head of People at eos.uptrade. “We are of course aware that such a signature cannot stand alone. That's why we always endeavour to show how diverse we are and why that's a good thing, especially within the company. That's why eos will be taking part in Diversity Day for the first time on 28 May 2024 and colleagues will be hosting an international buffet together under the motto ‘Lunch around the world´”.
